I’m originally from Houston, so i’m excited to be moving back! I found a complex that I like called Camden City Centre. It is a 2x2 in building 6 (if ya want to look at the site plan). It has in unit w&d, wifi included, trash pickup, covered parking garage, several pools and amenity centers and it super close to restaurants and bars while also being quiet bc it’s a few blocks behind and faces the other direction.
