I am currently looking for a place to live. My name is Breana. I’m 31 years old.♎ I have a 6 year old daughter and a sweet kitty(1year) plus a bearded dragon who adores her cage these days (shes getting old, almost 12.)

My last day at my current rental is next Monday, the 1st so I’m looking for something asap. We’ve been here at our current place for 5 years. It definitely breaks our heart to leave this place but rent has gotten way too expensive for me to afford on my own. I’m hoping for no more than $1000 monthly and that’s pushing it. Depending on price range, I can pay 2 months plus deposit up front in cash. Please serious inquiries only. We’ve delt with several scammers in the past week and it’s starting to seem impossible. Myself but my daughter especially has been through enough these past few months. We do not need the hassle of scammers on top of it.

Im doing everything I can to try to get out of a undesirable situation of 11 years and have a better life for my daughter and myself. This past month has been nothing short of difficult and life changing for all around. I can go further into my situation when the time comes. I’m very dependable, clean, honest, and respectful. I dont smoke cigarettes and drink occasionally. I mostly keep to myself and can respect your privacy as well. Although, I wouldn’t be opposed to making a new friend!😊 I love to cook/bake, hike, swim, sing, paint, diamond dots, read, watch tv, dance, and kickbox. I like antiquing, thrifting, and concerts. I’m pretty sure my body is 99% coffee and I’m a huge foodie. I love trying new things and places. Seafood being a favorite.

Im looking for a rent from owner because due to being self employed and then paid under the table for so long, I dont have the proper form of income or credit apartments are asking for these days. I’m looking for month to month contract or something similar. I’m hoping to stay for 3-6 months but can work with you.

I was recently the Manager for a local Austin juice shop called Daily Juice but the owner shut them down with only 4 days notice. I am currently in between jobs but should start training for my new position soon. I have experience in management, health&fitness, childcare, maid services, personal assistance, private home care(PNA), behavioral therapy(autism), and sales&marketing. I am not at all worried about being able to pay rent. I have a clean background and no criminal record. I have never been evicted.

I have several great references including my ex boss, leasing company, and current property owners who say we are the best tenants they ever had.
