My home is conveniently located between I35 and Mopac (12 minute drive to each freeway exit) and 5 minutes to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, bars, doctors office, etc. I am a retired homeowner with 3 rooms and one is usually available at any given time. Right now I have one fully furnished room available. My home is on a cul de sac with plenty of street parking with greenbelt in back and on the side in a safe, quiet neighborhood by Slaughter and Manchaca Road. There are many hiking trails in the neighborhood with a community pool. Roommates in my home are almost always working and very busy so the house is quiet and peaceful. No pets, drugs, smoking, intoxication, or overnight guests and everyone has use of the fully equipped kitchen and cleans up after oneself after each meal.
