I maintain a clean and quiet environment, valuing respect both given and received. Often on the road for work, I travel across PA, MD, VA, and NC.

I’m flexible with rent, ideally between $500-$1000. I’d consider the higher end for an exceptional living arrangement. I’ll be available to sign a new lease anytime and am looking to start out with something short term (1-3 months) in order to get a good feel for our compatibility. If things go well, I will likely be open to signing something longer once it’s time to renew.

When I’m home I’m often working, doing chores, or reading. My friends are very respectful and it’s rare for me to have more than one person over at a time. I value my early nights, typically hitting the hay around 10. I treasure my personal time, given my busy work schedule, but I’m always open to organic friendship.

While I hold personal views that are opposed to the nature of capitalism, I’ve navigated its systems effectively. With a solid financial foundation, I’ve never missed a payment commitment in my 15 years of credit history. Before entering a lease, I believe in transparency, willing to share my financial records to ensure trust. In return, I’d appreciate similar openness from you. This isn’t about perfection but about understanding and mutual respect.

My 6 year old 12lb Boston Terrier currently stays with my ex in PA. It would be great if my pup could visit, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’d be willing to cover any pet fees. Just to note, she’s never made an accident indoors nor has she ever destroyed any item that wasn’t her own personal toys.

I like to keep my living space at least a base level of clean and organized, so if you tend to live really messy or dirty, let’s just pass. I generally match my roommates’ cleanliness levels, so if you’re hyper-clean, I will be too. If you’re more of a relaxed clean, I’ll match that.

I don’t like super noisy but don’t mind normal levels of noise. I’m pretty quiet when home. I primarily need it quiet after 10.

Overall, I’m a kind, open, and considerate person to live with. A harmonious living environment is what I’m seeking, one devoid of biases and prejudices. I’m very happy living with straights or gays alike, so don’t be shy if you’re not 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
