I am trying really hard to save money, 400 is Max for right now

hello my name is melissa, i am part time employed and also a full time student. i am a full time artist as well, with that being said i am home a lot but i keep to myself when working on my art projects/commissions. i am quiet, organized, pick up and clean after myself, a responsible adult with common sense….for example if you see that the trash is full, take it out and put in a new trash bag. , respectful of not only others around me but respectful of their things, space and time, example, if i know a roommate has to be up for work at 5 am, 6am, or etc. i know NOT to be playing music loud and late or having the tv loud, making noise to the point it will disrupt a a roommates sleep. i have no extra baggage so i have no drama. we have one pet, her name is mooky. she is a small yorkshire terrier mix that is house broken, listens very well, does not bark for no reason like leaves blowing in the wind lol. does not shed, loves to be petted and cuddles. if you pet her once she will always expect it every time she sees you ahaha but is not pushy about it.
