Hi! I am a creative paralegal who is looking for a new place and a roommate for me and my cat. I am a very easy-going, friendly person who appreciates honest communication. I like fashion, art, movies, and video games, and while I consider myself to be slightly more introverted I really don’t mind either being very social or keeping to myself at home. I work standard hours, working from home two days a week and from the office three days. I am totally fine with guests/hosting small events, especially because I am looking to make new friends here in LA! I can keep my cat’s food and litter (which is enclosed and cleaned regularly) in my own room if that is preferred, but I would like him to be able to roam the common area(s) as he is very friendly and likes to be around people. Looking for someone who is nonjudgmental, LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly, and okay with marijuana use. I have no issues keeping the common area(s) clean and tidy, but am not stressed by small messes or clutter as long as we communicate any issues. Totally up for cooking together, hosting game nights, anything! Please let me know if you think we would be a good match. I am not in an immediate rush to move but would like to start forming a connection with someone and hopefully look for a place together.
