I’m a full-time Electrical Engineer and a recent Master’s graduate. Looking for an unfurnished room or roommate(s) for apartments, townhouses, or homes specifically in the Uptown/Galleria/River Oaks, Houston area. Move-in will be mid-to-end of August, but I’m open to starting the lease at the beginning of August. My budget for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is $800–$1000, which varies depending on the quality of the housing and the number of occupants. I have places in mind; however, I am open to discussion.

The ideal roommate is clean, especially in shared spaces, has good hygiene, is considerate, trustworthy, reliable, and has no pets or kids. I don’t have a gender preference.

If you don’t use a microwave cover, we probably have different definitions of clean lol.
