I’m a full time college student and run my own business from home. Both my teenage son and I are quiet people that keep to ourselves, we both do some schooling online and a relatively quiet household is preferred. I like to keep my living space organized and clean, I’m not uptight about things being perfect all the time but I don’t like clutter/ messes/dirty dishes left lying around excessively. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs and although I don’t mind if other people drink a little, but I do not want to be in a household where residents drink excessively, smoke indoors or do drugs around me or my son. If you are always having people over and your house is a “party house” with all night raging parties then I’m not a good fit. If you like your house to be your sanctuary and on the more quiet side, then I’m probably a good fit. I like to garden, paint, create art, sew, thrift and go to the beach.
