I’m a mechanic by trade and have previously owned my own house at a different duty location. Having someone who knows how to work with and maintain a property can be invaluable. I am a very relaxed person who will always respect your things and your space. The reason I am looking to share a space is to save on the outrageous living costs of the local area and make some new friends.
