• currently looking for houses to rent with a move in of august 1st and 4-6 bedrooms. -it will be me and my friend, we’re looking for 1-3 people interested. young adults in college or working (age 19-26). Preferably fun people who enjoy having people over but can also agree to quiet nights.
• I have two cats but would love to build a “catio” so I can keep their litter box outside. -I’m huge on respect and would love to come up with some sort of roommate agreement along with the lease.
