We enjoy a quiet, clean, smoke free small dog friendly living situation, where each person has their own room & bathroom. No large complex living SMOKE FREE due to allergies~ We clean up after ourselves and expect our roomie to do the same as you finish using each area, not when you get around to it. We pay on time or a bit early but never late, expect the same with a roomie. Thanks for considering us. M&L
