Hi my name is cheryl i am looking to rent a room i am currently on social security but looking for a job or going back to school i have a credit score of 710 pay my bills on time. I keep to myself. I am clean like doing yard work i dont cause problems am quiet and conservative. I am 56i do have grandchildren that might stay 1 weekend amonth well behaived. i am responsible and respectful of others personal life and property. I live in sutter county taking care of my father that is deciding to go into a senior living facility, I do not drink nor smoke or partake in drugs. i am nice quite and respectful. just looking for a place to live thank you.
