I am currently in Bensalem, PA. 45 y/o S.W.F. no children, I have a small Frenchie I may or may not bring, but that will depend on several things, including you. She is my registered ESA, regardless, this can be discussed, she’s not a deal breaker at this point as she is well loved here where she is. I’m allergic to cats, so they are a no for me. I refuse to live in Philadelphia. I work full time as a paralegal in Levittown at a Family Law firm. Mon-Friday 9-5pm depending on client needs, sometimes Saturdays. I also do remote work at home sometimes so I will need reliable wi-fi connection, I could care less about TV. I’m (obviously) preferable to something that includes at least some of the utilities. My own bathroom is a must. I am open to sharing with single men as long as they can adhere to any strict boundaries after we’ve met, and both feel comfortable. I’m open-minded, no judgements, you do you. I do smoke, but I am respectful of those that don’t as I’m really trying to drop this habit myself. I do not smoke in my home now or in the future. I keep a can outside where I keep my “trash” cleaned up. I will keep away from any doors/windows if asked to with no angst, again I am respectful of others. I’m very laid back and chill. I’m in the process of divorce and need my own place. Drug Free / Alcohol Free, however, Marijuana is not a drug in my book. Thank you!!
