Hi, my name is Brian Alvarez. I’m 25 years old from San Francisco but have been living in LA for the past 5 years now. I’m looking for an apartment to move into ideally on 08/01. I’m friendly, responsible, respectful, clean, and would like to think all around a pretty good roommate. I graduated with my bachelors last year and am currently trying to get a job in software development, but in the meantime I’ve been bartending for the last couple years. Despite the preconceptions that go along with being a bartender, I’m hardly a drinker and don’t really go out that much. I’m pretty active and usually spend most of my days either working, going to the gym, or soaking up the sun whenever I can. When I’m home, I’m usually chipping away at work on my laptop or hanging out in my room. I love cooking but usually only cook about 1-2 times a week in order to meal prep. I have great rental history and have never been late on rent, and unfortunately am only moving out of my current apartment because my current roommate hasn’t been able to afford rent lately. I should also mention that I’m gay, but have absolutely no hang ups with people’s race, gender, sexual orientation, etc and get along with everyone pretty well. If this sounds like a good fit I’d love to meet and get to know each other a little better.
