Description
Hi I’m Jake! These description bios are full of pressure! 😅 I recently rented a one bedroom apartment in the University Village area (2 minute ish walk to the UV mall and I’m not the fastest walker 😅) and a 2 bedroom apartment opened up and our leasing office is giving me a chance to upgrade to the unit so I’m putting out feelers to see if anyone would be interested in moving in. The rent breaks down to around 1468 per person. There is an on site garage where you can pay $115 for a unreserved spot or $150 for a reserved spot. The apartments themselves are super cute and this particular unit is a corner unit which I find to be more spacious and one less wall to share with a neighbor. The apartment also sits directly on the Burke Gilman trail for those that commute to campus. We would have to move quick because the unit is available now, so someone could sign a new lease before I upgrade my unit and then I wouldn’t be able to upgrade until a new 2 bedroom became available.
A little about me. I’m a learning facilitator with CashApp. So what that means is I facilitate new hire cohort onboarding, leadership development, team building sessions, etc. I have a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Bachelor’s degree in Communication. I’ve lived all over the country, but Washington by far is my favorite state. The PNW is beautiful and the best weather! I’m also a big sports fan so definitely excited to hit up some Husky and Seahawk football! There’s so much more I could share, but I don’t want to ramble on. If my bio sparks an interest, feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect and find a cool roommate.
