I’m a laid-back, respectful, and easygoing person who values a clean and comfortable living space. I’m very tidy and take pride in keeping shared areas organized and well-maintained. I’m also quiet and mindful of others, so I won’t disrupt your routine or peace at home.

I work from home, so I’ll be around quite a bit during the day, but I still get out regularly for the gym, golf, or just to be out of the house.

At the same time, I’m friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to get along with. I can be social and interactive when it makes sense, but I also respect personal space and boundaries. I’m big on mutual respect, especially when it comes to shared spaces and keeping things clean.
