Hello Vegas folks, My name is Christina and my son who is 7 is Giovanni. We are looking for a room to rent and one that will be month to month. The month to month would allow me the space and time to find a home that best fits us with out being locked into a lease for a year. I would love to live in the area of Summerlin as the vibe of the area is what my son and I want. However Henderson is fine too. I just would love to live closer to a place to hike and kayak. I currently am a tenant in Oregon in Mount Angel an apartment complex but am ready to move because I can’t do another winter in Oregon and or all the rain and gray. Seasonal depression is a real thing. My hope in writing this was that it would help you get to know me a little better and show you why I’m an ideal tenant for a room rental in your home.

• Employment for me is how I take care of myself and my son. I typically work with the public and right now while in Oregon work with people with disabilities. My last position I was a youth sports coordinator.
• Background check- I have no issues passing this. I have worked in many jobs that require this and passed.
• Credit check- 650- working on bring it up after a divorce and am doing so successfully.
• I have been renting for ever. History is just fine as I always pay on time and have asked for things to be fixed when needed. I enjoy calm and peaceful welcoming neighbors who enjoy chatting about plants and life and the kids.
• My hobbies consist of kayaking, walking in nature, massage, reiki, herbalism and sound bowls, I love cooking Mexican food and dancing to great music
• My roommate now says she likes that I make the place feel like home. She likes how I clean up and always make food that’s for everyone. When it comes to the kids as she has one she likes that I create space for all of them to feel welcome at home and created space for everyone to play.   I’m committed to being a respectful, reliable tenant and a good neighbor, who will pay my rent on time, care for the property and communicate with you whenever needed.
