Aloha. I’m a retired man who ran his own business for the last 40yrs in California and Hawaii. I came to Philly to have hip replacement surgery and am continuing my rehab and physical therapy and will b doing so for the next year at least. I have a small dog. Her name is Lola. 16lbs, 15yrs old and adorable. I’m a quiet respectful person who also likes to b of assistance to others. Also….I can fix practically anything. A good guy to have around in a pinch. I’m friendly and open and truly like people. To b in a shared living situation is easy for me. Your house is lovely and is like to b considered as a tenant. Mahalo Josh G
