Hi, 32 year old man with a three year old medium sized dog. I have 14 years of experience of living with roommates and have never had any major problems. I have a reliable job and budget my money; I’ve never been late on rent. I typically am a solitary person, I usually just hang out with my dog, and occasionally someone I am dating. I don’t drink or do drugs, except weed at night before bed. I don’t have a lot of stuff and am clean and quiet. I like music, podcasts, videogames, and the outdoors. I’m good at direct communication and don’t take offense to things easily. I’m an empathetic person and often fill the ‘dad’ role with a lot of my friends. I’m emotionaly stable, and don’t bring drama or stressful vibes to home. If you ever need someone in a time of crisis or after a difficult moment I’ll have your back. Privacy, and respect are important to me, I don’t pry into people’s personal lives, or their private spaces and I expect the same in return. I usually work a lot (too much) and usually come home from work mon-fri and shower, eat, and crash with my dog. I’m usually home on weekends and am down to be social with housemates, or do my own thing.

Fred is a 3 year old medium sized mutt around 60 lbs. He is incredibly friendly and will always be excited to see you. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old so he doesn’t have any trauma or defensiveness. He jumps sometimes when he gets excited but once he says hi he calms down. He’s well potty trained and never has accident. I’m strict with him, he will always be with me and if I’m working he will be in my room with the door closed. You can also hang out with him when I’m not home if you want. I would prefer for him to be the only dog in the house.

I would prefer to live in a house with 1 or 2 roommates anywhere that’s reasonably close to i91 or i90. I don’t want to live in a party house, I’ve been there and I’m well past that stage of my life. I’m LGTQ+ friendly. I would prefer to have male housemates but it doesn’t really matter.

I am looking for something up to $1,100 total with utilities but could possibly afford more for an exceptional place. When it comes to location, I travel for work so anywhere in the northeast is fine.
