I’m a seasoned professional currently owning a residence in another state. Due to work circumstances, I am looking for a room to rent in the Woodley Park area.

You will find me to be a respectful, quiet, and considerate housemate who values the sanctity of a home. My ideal environment is one that is peaceful and stress-free where everyone can go about their day undisturbed. I am not one for big, loud parties but I certainly appreciate good conversation, a shared meal now and then, or a casual coffee chat.

My schedule allows me to come and go at various hours and gone days at a time, however, I am committed to maintaining a quiet environment out of respect for my housemates. I am meticulous about cleanliness, especially in common areas, and I am more than willing to do my share of the house chores.

In my spare time, I enjoy sleeping.

I’m financially stable and my housemates should be, too.

Ultimately, I am hoping to find a comfortable space and housemates who appreciate a peaceful, friendly, and respectful living situation. I believe that open and honest communication is key to a successful shared living environment and am always open to discussions about maintaining a happy home.
