I am a transgender, retired, ER physician assistant. I left ER a number of years ago, and have been working as a live in care provider for the last 3 years. I am still seeking employment helping those who need expert care, but my current position has come to an end without sufficient notice to plan for a move.

I am neat and reliable, very good with household repairs, etc., love music (listening and playing guitar) , love animals and have a small, very friendly dog who gets along with all animals and people, but thinks he’s a bunny hunter. I am a night owl, and frequently awake until 2 or 3 am, but I can be very quiet.

Since I am not sure exactly what will unfold over the next few months, I am looking for a situation where I can rent a room with the expectation that I will give sufficient time to find a new roommate (cover rent as needed until found I should take another live in position… we can discuss).
