Hi y’all! I’m Nico (they/he), & I’m relocating to Philly for grad school at the University of the Arts (MFA Candidate in Devised Performance). I start classes mid-August, but I would like to be living & working there by August 1st. I love to cook, explore the nightlife (love some karaoke), & find some time for chill nights at home. I don’t have pets (but will gladly spoil yours), and am very respectable towards shared living spaces (especially the kitchen!).
