I’m a retired single female wanting a room to rent. My daughter and grandkids live in Idaho and want a place I can go when I’m visiting them. I don’t want to intrude on their routine but want to be close by when I’m there! I have a home in Marysville, WA that is home base lol! I rent out my Extra rooms at home also. I’m very aware of Your concerns trust me ! I am quite. I do love music if all kinds mostly listen with ear buds. I don’t think I’d be there often 2 weeks a month maybe? Trying to figure out if I need to move permanently there or not lol. My hobbies and my likes are basically riding, gardening and my kid and grandkids that’s it lol! I think
