Hey. I am 40-year old single Dad who works from home and is eager to move back to the city. I am both responsible and fun to be around. While also, clean, organized, and respectful.

I do have a 6 year old little girl who does spend weekends, holidays, summer, and school breaks with me quite often. She too is very respectful, but is a young kid and would need someone okay with being around children for this to workout.

Should an additional room or loft space not be available, we would need a larger bedroom or separate bonus/living area to accommodate her while visiting. When together, we’re outdoorsy and typically not home during the day except to rest.

Finally, I am caucasian and my daughter is mixed race. We don’t see color and do not judge others.
