Hi I’m Rohan. I’m a Software Engineer who works in SD.

My current roommate is moving away, so I’m looking for a new roommate. I would like to live with a roommate in order to afford a nicer apartment than what I can afford on my own. I currently live in Mission Valley and would like to move to a more walkable neighborhood, but would still like to have a reasonable commute to my job in Rancho Penasquitas. I’ve been looking on Zillow and have been eyeing up some apartments in OB with ocean views from the bedroom and living room. My hobbies are mainly rock climbing and the occasional hike or water activity. My girlfriend currently lives in Orange County, so until she finds a job in San Diego, I’d be spending roughly every other weekend with her so you’d have the apartment to yourself.

Ideally I’d want a roommate around my age who’s down socialize, but I’d be fine if we just got along and didn’t interact much either.

My lease ends June 30th, so ideally I would like to sign something for the end of June or start of July. I would like to start out with a just a month-to-month or 3 months lease if the apartment we lease offer it, so if we dont gel for whatever reason we aren’t committed for a whole year.
