As a homeowner myself, I know how to respect a home and take care of what needs taking care of. My 8-year old and I are in the process of relocating to the area for my job in Cass Lake and looking for a homeshare situation because we will go to our home in Brainerd most weekends where my older daughter attends college. I work full time M-F generally 8-5. We’re kind, funky, and joyous spirits hoping to find similar housemates. A mixture of quiet and punk, and thoughtful enough to know when each is appropriate. Open to living with other people’s pets as long as they like us. We do need to sleep at night, so a frequent party house is not a good fit, but I do love occasional festivities. Hoping for a chill residential or woodsie setting. If there are moss and trees, I’m in! Not opposed to helping with upkeep and maintenance to help keep costs low.
