I am looking to move as soon as possible to the Scott County area, specifically Davenport or Bettendorf. I’m also interested in moving to Austin, TX if I can make it work. My budget is around $600/month. Ideally looking for a 12-month lease, but I am flexible on the duration.

Employment: I work full-time. My exact schedule is TBD once I move.

Pets: I have 2 cats. You must be pet-friendly.

Interests: My main hobbies are PC gaming and watching anime.

Habits: I drink socially/occasionally. I rarely have guests over.

Cleanliness: I rate myself a 6 or 7 out of 10. I expect common areas to be kept relatively clean.

What I’m Looking For:

Reliability: My main priority is someone who pays bills on time. This is non-negotiable.

Dynamic: I am open to being friends with my roommate, but I am equally fine just coexisting peacefully.

Preferences: No gender preference.
