Just me. I wake up at 4 am, turn on bloomberg, go to work on my computer by 6:00 and basically keep to myself the rest of the time. I have my own SUV, just started a new job and looking for a second one. I’m stuck up in the middle of no where and gas money is killing me so the sooner I get out of here the better, but I will be signing a lease by October 30th at the latest. Pet’s are fine, couples are fine, don’t have a problem with kids either. Recently quit smoking cigarettes, but I don’t mind if you smoke. No preference on gender. I maintained a three bedroom house for nine years before my late husband got sick. I already have a job working from home but I would like to get back to the city and find a better one. I need two months to get a furniture budget together and recover from paying hospital bills out of pocket for a year, but I will be ready to move by October. I am moving either way, and can afford to do so myself, but might be nice to get a fancier place for less than what I’d pay on my own. Definitely want the West/NW side inside the beltway preferably, however I am amenable to suggestions. My plan is to rent for 2-3 years while I study and get my S-7 and become a financial advisor so I would like to stay relatively in there area where the private equity firms are. I would prefer an apartment but I am open to a house if you have another person or two to help maintain it. I never miss a bill and I have a 700 credit score, do all my chores, will let you know if I’m going to be away or have company over with a minimum of 24 hours notice. You can basically do what you want. I would like to get a dog at some point but I can wait if it’s going to be an issue.
