Hi! My name is Jess and I teach color guard. I have a 1 year old cat who is super playful and quirky. She is ESA certified. I am looking for a place with my brother. He has a smaller medium sized dog who is super sweet.

I keep common areas tidy and I honestly LOVE to clean. I am a mindful and respectful tenant. I mainly keep to myself and I work a lot. I don’t have people over often but it’s always fun to have game/art nights with friends/roomies! Interests/hobbies include: hiking, sewing, roller skating, poi, traveling, breweries, watching movies and exercising. I am kind and a good listener.

We are looking to move into a new space by end of March 2024. Rent budget is between $600 and $800. :)
