Hi, I am a 50+ semi-retired, healthy, active and independent female. I have worked in Heathcare for 15+ years and continue to as a Licensed Independent Contractor. I am social but private. I’m looking to house share until I can purchase property in Frederick. My daughter and grandson live there and I’m relocating to be closer to them.. I have many references. I would begin a lease August 1st. I’m looking to rent a basement or private room and private bath in the Frederick or close surrounding areas.
