Hi I’m Jess, I’m an Aussie who has recently moved here from Bali. I run a sales and marketing agency and work online. I have just got my E3 visa which allows me to work and live here for 2 years, so if it fits I am looking to find a place I can settle and stay long term. I don’t smoke, drink, take drugs or party. I eat very clean, exercise and am an early bird. I’m super clean and tidy, (a little anal about a clean kitchen), but otherwise, I’m easygoing and friendly.

My schedule - I go to bed around 10 am, and I’m up at 5 am every morning. I go to church on Sundays and work Monday to Friday. I have fellowship commitments, on Monday and Wednesday nights. In my spare time, I’m either catching up on sleep, with friends on the phone, exploring the city or doing food prep.

I value - a respectful, peaceful, quiet, drama-free, friendly household. I believe in honest open communication and being a team player. I believe that the home should be a sanctuary. Not after any live-in partners, but I do have an occasional out-of-town guest/family member who might ask to stay.

Looking for either my own place or to share with - like-minded professionals with similar lifestyle values.

I’m looking for - a sober pet-friendly home with a large partly furnished space in Petaluma(or surrounding suburbs), if you have 2 rooms or a master (enough to fit a desk) that would be amazing. I love animals, happy to house-sit your pets, as I work from home. I do plan on bringing my dog down from Bali in April. Her name is Cookie, she is 7 years old and is a 25lb sweet mellow temperament, terrier, rescue dog. She gets on well with other dogs and cats.

My budget is about $1,000- $1,500 happy to provide rental references proof of income etc.
