I am a fulltime student at studying biomanufacturing and an also work part time down in San Diego as a lab technician. I plan on paying using student loans, scholarships and financial aid. I am easy going, friendly and respectful. I am trying to find a place to live for at least a year ,preferably until summer 2025. I am just browsing at the moment because my current living situation is not ideal but I would be willing to move with a 30 day notice.
