I am a Registered Nurse; I was a LPN for 19 years and have been a RN for 8. The bulk of my nursing experience has been in the nursing home setting, but I have also worked as a hospice nurse, rehab nurse, and in the hospital setting on the medical surgical unit as well as ortho. My most recent permanent position was as the Director of Nursing of a 109 bed facility, but as we continue to turn the corner and come out of the changes brought about by the pandemic, I am ready to turn the page and continue to make a difference in the lives of others as a travel nurse. I started my travel nurse adventure in May & so far so good. My permanent address is in South Carolina. I have 4 adult children and a family pet named Milo (Chihuahua).
