I’m friendly but also good with keeping to myself when called for. Basically I’m adaptable. I don’t smoke but am okay with others smoking/420 as long as it’s outside. I prefer living with others who are not partying at home too often or at least respectful of others’ hours of rest and quiet. I’m also clean!

I’m mostly watching tv or playing games (quietly), reading in my room in my spare time, so very low-maintenance as a roommate. :)

I’m looking for a room in the Perris/Hemet area but willing to go up to a 20/30 mi radius like Beaumont.
