I’m Cameron, I have a full-time job as a banker in Downtown Norfolk. Looking to pay $650-$700 a month.

I do have a queen size bed a large dresser and a 65 inch TV that I will need to fit in this room so a large room would be preferable.

I would prefer to find a place with utilities and a washer and dryer included.

I am definitely down for teaming up with a roommate, if that means we can get a nicer place together that we can both afford.

If there are pre-existing roommates I would like to meet first to see if we mesh well together.

I am very handy, meaning I can fix things and if there is a yard, I am a former landscaper. If it helps get the space to the price I’m looking for I don’t mind taking over the upkeep of the property.

I also cook pretty well and clean up and hand wash as I go. I clean up behind myself, I’m very tidy.

I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t party, I really just watch movies and play video games in my down time.
