Couple with 2 cats (would be kept in our room) looking for room to rent. We are both hoping for something somewhat communal where it doesn’t feel like everyone needs to keep to their rooms. Both 420 friendly but it’s not a must, we would gladly leave to smoke if it meant having a place to live! We both enjoy having guests over from time to time and hope to build relationships with other housemates as well. LGBTQ friendly is a must and absolutely no racism.
