Hello! I’m looking for a master or large bedroom and private bathroom preferably in a house with 1-2 other roommates (female preferred, but not required). Move in Sept 8th through end of Dec 2023 (possibly longer). I’m flexible with the location, but prefer coastal OC or within 15 mins (Costa Mesa, Newport/HB) as I’m a surfer. I also have a flexible budget, but ideally less than $2000. I work in Pomona (eek!) 4 days a week, and from home 1 day in academic + clinical medicine. I will be coming with the most adorable sweet dog who is mellow and great with all humans, but can be dog selective (gets along with dogs that already have healthy social play), so ideally someone else would have a doggie playmate for him! On my free time, I surf, get outdoors with the puppers, and try to learn latin dance! I don’t smoke, drink, use but I am fine with most substances in moderation, except NO cigarette smoke. I’m a social introvert so enjoy both social time along with a chill, quiet, clean, ‘good vibes’ home environment. I’m 40 but feel like I’m 30…lol! We moved to HB a year ago, but don’t love our apartment complex / area so looking for a change when my lease expires Sept 21, but work is hectic then so I need to move/transition my dog the weeks before. My work contract goes through Dec, with the possibility to extend so looking for a short term rental with the possibility to extend.
