hi i’m heather 🦋

i am new to the portland area & recently moved here in august from south carolina. i work as a daycare teacher’s aide and love my job. i am looking to possibly get a second job to be able to make enough to find a place!

i moved here due to unfortunate circumstances and was hoping i could get back on my feet here. the place i am currently residing in, i am paying $400 a month. i KNOW this amount is not even possible in this area, but i am here trying to figure it all out 😮‍💨

to make things more interesting, i have 2 cats and 2 large dogs. due to life circumstances this past year, they have had to stay in my room the majority of the time. but they are happy and homebodies who love to relax ✨ if i could find a space where they could have more space to roam i would love that, however i know it’s going to be difficult. they do get along with other dogs that are smaller than them, however i prefer to not risk anything. the roomate i have now has two corgis. when my dogs need to go out, we have a system!

about me:

i love to paint in my spare time, specifically watercolor. i am very 420 friendly, but also respectful about it. i pretty much stick to my room and do my own thing. you won’t have to worry about guests or visitors 🤞🏼 LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY and part of that community 🌈
