About me:

I’m a software developer, artist, and weightlifter with a wide array of interests and hobbies, including working out, trivia, painting, and designing/building things. I’m also a huge film buff. I’m relatively new to Jersey, so I’m hoping to connect with people and make more friends here!

I grew up remodeling houses and really enjoy doing home projects, so hit me up if you could use someone handy around!

About my cat:

He is approximately four years old, fixed, VERY well-behaved, very clean, and generally pretty quiet for a cat. Indoor only. He’s extremely shy and skittish around new people, but never aggressive, and he’s great once he warms up to you. I have a mild allergy to cats despite my love for him, so I stay on top of brushing him and keeping things clean, and I have an air purifier next to his litter box. He’s been my only cat the entire time I’ve had him, so I can’t say for sure how he’d be around others. He has been around some dogs before, though, and did fine.

What I’m looking for:

My work is in Eatontown, but my ideal place would be something close to the shore or in a walkable area like Red Bank or Asbury Park. I really value being able to walk to stuff as opposed to having to drive any time I want to leave the house.

I have some home gym equipment, including a full squat rack with pull-up bars(approx. 4×4×6’) and barbell, so room to set that up would be a major plus, but not a deal-breaker.

My cat looooves looking out windows, so having a big window for him to chill next to would be great, but also not a deal-breaker!

I’d like to keep my living expenses under $1000/month if possible, but I can definitely be more flexible for the right place. Private bathroom is preferred, but not necessary.

Looking to move in as soon as possible!
