Description

I am a student with good savings transferring to DigiPen in August but need a room pretty much as soon as possible. My budget sits between $700-$1100 including utilities and of course I prefer a lower amount.

More about me, some of which may or may not be relevant:

I am a very clean, responsible, communicative individual who has roomed with others for about 7 years now between my last school and previous jobs. I have never had an issue with previous locations, always gotten my security deposit back, and always try to leave a place better than I left it. I do not smoke anything or do hard drugs and do not host parties except for small get-togethers. I don’t own pets but am okay with them if they are well trained. Generally I’m very low maintenance. The most disruptive things I like to do is stream occasionally, sing in the shower, and record voice-over work. Depending on how the walls are I can soundproof my room but recording sessions are very quiet for me as I have a good microphone. I mostly keep to myself but I do like to get out and do board games or go on adventures depending on the energy of other housemates. I’m the kind of person who cleans up after themselves immediately and tries to leave a low footprint (one dish, one cup, etc.)

A little bit more about me as an individual: I enjoy hiking, exploring, philosophy, design, and a bunch of nerdy stuff like video games, tabletop RPGs, etc. I intend to go to school for Game Design in the fall. I just finished work in process engineering/scheduling and also want to moonlight as a voice actor. I suffered from quite a long illness that leaves me with brain fog and bad fatigue if I don’t manage it well. My passions involve curating incredible experiences for others through design or narrative.
