I am only going to be there for a temporary time, I don’t mind paying on time, I will also assist with light duties around the house and also do so cooking when I can. I work from home and I also have children. I am a non-smoker, I drink wine occassionally, my children are well-behaved, just looking for a temporary location as I have bought a house on a land contract that wasn’t legit and just need a temporary space until I get approved for my house.
