I’m Kai, I’m moving to Asheville in late August to finish my degree. My partner Owen is hoping to join me a few months later (most likely beginning of winter). We are both familiar with sharing space, and enjoy having roommates. Just for reference, we always get our security deposits back as renters, so we keep the space well. Hoping for a cheerful place to live, while enjoying the local hiking and art scene.
