I am a student, completing my pharmaceutical doctorate degree. I do not smoke, drink, have a criminal background or judge. I am a neutral party to all. With me is my spry mother & her cat. My mom cleans EVERYTHING, is full of wisdom & hugs. We will boast 2 incomes; her social security, my school grant money + my in-home-supportive-services income. Furthermore, we are used to sleeping in one room. The cat is fixed, nails clipped & has been microchipped. I have a letter from our former landlord of 8 years that states in the time we occupied our apartment, we nor the cat, have destroyed property. I’m happy to provide all necessary documentation- including 2 background checks.
