Ana

Hello everyone! My name is Ana (she/her)and I am 24 years old. I am interested in renting a room for two months starting mid August-early September (around the 19th of August would be great, but I can be flexible). I am pretty familiar with Portland. I try to visit every year and have always wanted to move there. My budget is around $850. I currently have a fully furnished apartment and was planning on keeping the furniture in storage, but I can totally bring some of it if you are missing some things in your home!

To tell you a little bit about myself, I am originally from Moldova (a small country between Romania and Ukraine) and I came to the US at a young age. Russian was my first language, so I am fluent in both English and Russian.

I’m currently living in Pullman, WA, where I’m in my final year of getting my Interior Design BA at Washington State University. I will be starting a full-time, paid internship at an architecture firm in Beaverton on August 28th (which is why I’m moving to Portland). My work schedule will keep me busy during the week (7:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday, 7:30-11:30 Friday).

I like to keep my spaces pretty tidy and will do my part in keeping our home clean. I am very respectful and considerate of other people’s environment and will not do anything to compromise anyone’s comfort. I will mostly keep to myself but am totally open to hanging out and doing fun activities with my roommates!

In my spare time, I like to cook (so if you want me to cook us meals and snacks, I am open to that), play video games, attend art festivals/events, and visit local markets.

I don’t currently smoke but I am 420 friendly! I am also lgbtq+ friendly and I have liberal political views. I drink socially (a drink or two when I’m out with friends but not heavily) I am not judgmental and like to keep an open mind. I am not religious or very spiritual but I don’t mind at all if you are!
