Easy-going and low-stress. I have always shared living space and spent time in the military, (currently still in the National Guard, so I am gone at least one weekend a month) so as long as the bases like finances and common living space rules are squared away I am very easy to share space with and not picky.

Clean, quiet, and organized. Stellar credit, rental, and employment history. I both leave and come home relatively early seeing as I work a trade job, but like to go see friends, hit the gym, or ride my motorcycle frequently so I am often out of the house. A very mild extrovert who still values alone time I like to think I am a good balance between being fun and also staying out of the way!

Not about the party life, or at least keep it downtown where it belongs but will occasionally want to have a few friends or the girlfriend over for a game night, or to make dinner and watch a movie, etc. Summertime you will find me mostly on my bike, but also at sports days in the park, on hikes with my parents and their doggos or some buddies, possibly out on warm summer-evening dates or day-drinking at the Renn fair. Winter time is a lot of working, snowboarding, video games, and learning new recipes.

One of my main concerns is parking as I have a personal vehicle, a work truck, and a motorcycle. Mostly care about trying to get the motorcycle garaged if possible, and my personal car too but not as priority (Its little and can definitely fit into one spot with the bike) however the work truck can go wherever it fits as long as there is some sort of street or driveway parking in the vicinity.

Trying to stay on the southwest side of the metro due to my commute being out there. Not trying to cross the city every day if I don’t have to!
