I am responding to your post regarding a room for rent.  My husband 35m and I 40f are looking for a place we can move into as soon as possible.  We both work long hours, don’t party or have house guests, and I love to clean and organize.  We both love doing yard work and my husband has done Landscaping and tree work for over 15years.  We are both very quiet and we also are handy with general repairs and maintenance as well as painting if needed.  We would love to come take a look at the place as soon as you are available.
