I’m an employed professional woman, no pets. Very good credit. I am the sole tenant. My allergies prevent me from renting places where plug-in air freshener or pesticides have been used in a dwelling by previous tenants. I use non-toxic, fragrance-free household and personal products only. I live lightly, responsibly and am interested in a good relationship with a landlord.
