I have been renting a room where I’m at for almost 3 years, so I know how to be a good roommate. I clean up after myself. I’m a pretty good cook, and when I cook dinners, it’s enough for the whole household. And I have plenty of home repair/maintenance experience ( been in construction all my life) that I don’t mind using around the house if needed. I am quiet, but I have 2 dogs. One of them is quiet as can be, unless he’s telling me what to do. The other will bark at first, until she settles in (about 2-3 weeks when I moved into my current home). But they are both housebroken, well behaved, and friendly.
