I am very easy going and like to keep my space and public spaces clean. If I cook, I do the dishes right afterward, a good example of how I treat shared spaces. I work four days a week, and during those days I am up early and in bed early. On the weekends I like to get out in town and go to a coffee shop, or get up into the mountains. I do drink, but I’m past my days of partying every weekend. I plan on going back and forth to the Seattle area quite a bit, so you will frequently have weekends to yourself. I also have great references from past land lords if you are interested.
