We are sisters who are interested in renting a private room with private bath (utilities included) for less than $400 per month total cost for two of us.
(It would be great if the place includes a kitchen or kitchenette.). It can be furnished or unfurnished. We prefer month-to-month. Neither of us smokes, drinks, or uses drugs. We are extremely quiet and easy to get along with. Both also do pet-sitting and pet care. We would cook, do light housekeeping, office administrative duties, tutoring, etc to offset the cost of rent.*

We are looking in: Sherman Oaks, Encino, Van Nuys, Tarzana, Studio City, Reseda, Woodland Hills, North Hollywood, Pomona, Chino Hills, Chino, Ontario, Claremont or Montclair
